AGM & NOMINATION ACCLAMATION MEETING
November 26th
The Party will acclaim Patrice Barnes for the next General Election in Ajax on November 26th.
As a member in good standing of the Ajax Ontario PC Constituency Association you are eligible to participate. Party members who wish to participate in the Nomination Meeting must hold a current membership as of November 5th, 2024. Party members who wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting must hold a current membership as of November 8th, 2024. Members who do not have an active membership by 11:59pm on November 5th and November 8th will not be eligible to participate.
When: November 26th
Agenda: Registration 6pm. 6:30pm AGM begins with Nomination Meeting to follow.
Where: Ajax Legion, 111 Hunt Street, Ajax
In accordance with the Party constitution, the AGM meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given.
